You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that monogrammed items take up to four weeks to ship, no matter what shipment type is chosen. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order, backorder, and monogrammed/personalized items).

Orders are usually shipped within the next business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, will be framed on Monday.

We do not ever make mistakes in dosage or packaging. Every package passes few stages of quantity and content check up. Anyway, if you are not sure that the product you have received, is what you ordered, please contact our Customer Service immediately.

We do our best to ship the package out as soon as possible. However we cannot take responsibility for delays, caused by courier companies/postal services. Unfortunately some circumstances are beyond our control, however you are more than welcome to contact our Customer Service and we always will try as much as possible from our side to rush on delivery.

DATE OF DELIVERY

Time of arrival of packages at the free delivery is not guaranteed. To guarantee the arrival time, purchase additional paid option. For larger towns delivery is via USPS 5-7 days, Priority delivered 5 days.

REFUNDS

Money for products purchased online, may be returned in full in case of return of goods within 20 days of purchase.

You have a period of up to 20 days from the date of purchase to exchange the item for another item on the site.

A small number of products, which offers large discounts, can be labeled with the words “LAST SALE”, in this case, for the goods do not return the money, and they are not subject to exchange or commodity credit.

EXCEPTIONS:

  • Shipping Shipping accelerated method is non-refundable.
  • Changes to Refund Policy: If your refunds account for more than $ 7,500 for 12 months, you may be subject to the modified rules of return. We will contact you if fall into this category.
  • Return on holidays: During the holiday season (from 1 November to 25 December), we take the goods to return after 30 days, provided that we get them until 10 January.

Purity of the product:

If you received a low quality product, immediately contact customer support.

HOW TO SEND THE ORDER FOR A REFUND

All orders are sent from within the country about the prepaid return label. To send goods back REVOLVE, please:

  • 1) On the original, specify whether you do about (sharing) or B (return) thing (s).
  • 2) We strongly recommend that you contact customer support to find a thing to exchange, in which case you can be sure that the thing will not be sold, and it will be automatically sent to you after we receive and process your return. When contacting support for a refund, please indicate: the order number.
  • 3) Pack your product (s) and the invoice into the return bag / cardboard box and attach mailing label prepayment.
  • 4) Ship by one of the following ways:
    • a. Leave your parcel UPS office queue (you are only required the presence of the label on the pre-payment).Click here to find the nearest office.
    • b. Leave parcel compartment UPS, where the daily mail is sent.
